Danish is a solicitor in the commercial property team and is experienced in buying, selling, and leasing commercial property and landlord and tenant related matters. She completed her training contract at a City firm and is now based at our Lewes office.

Danish General commercial property work relating to commercial leases and all manner of landlord and tenant matters, high value sales and purchases of commercial properties, buying/selling care homes, assisting on property matters relating to share purchases, acting for both landlords and tenants in statutory and voluntary ease extensions and enfranchisement matters including the right of first refusal under the LTA 1954.
