Jo deals with all aspects of buying, selling, leasing and funding commercial property.  She has particular expertise in the care home sector, acting for operators and funders in the acquisition, disposal and refinancing of care homes.  

Jo also deals extensively with the retail, leisure and hotel sectors and she specialises in leasehold enfranchisement matters; dealing on both sides for lease extensions and freehold acquisitions.

Jo carries out a broad range of commercial property work, and has a particular expertise in the care home sector and the leisure, retail and hotel sectors as well as leasehold and collective enfranchisement matters.‍

Prior to joining Adams & Remers, Jo worked in Manchester for 8 years at DLA Piper and, before that, in London with Finers Stephens Innocent (now Howard Kennedy).
