Karron joined Adams & Remers in January 2025 with over 20 years’ experience in litigation.  In recent years she has specialised in property work, dealing with a wide variety of commercial and residential property disputes for both businesses and individuals.

• Commercial lease disputes involving matters such as rent recovery, breaches of covenants, forfeiture, 1954 Act lease extensions and dilapidations.  In recent years she has dealt with some tricky cases involving the removal of squatters from various commercial premises.
• Real estate disputes including boundary disputes, ownership disputes, adverse possession claims and disputes regarding easements such as rights of way
• Disputes arising with the development of land, such as access issues and restrictions on use
• Long residential lease issues such as service charge disputes and repairing obligations
• Possession proceedings for short residential tenancies.
