Probate Manager Lewes Private Client

Katherine has worked for the firm within the Private Client Team for the last 13 years. In this time, Katherine has acted for a variety of clients including individuals, executors, trustees and beneficiaries. Katherine advises on the preparation of Wills, the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney, the administration of estates including obtaining a Grant of Probate / Letters of Administration, completing and submitting Inheritance Tax Accounts, calculating inheritance tax and preparing Estate Accounts.

Katherine is currently studying towards her Level 6 Cilex qualifications which she hopes to complete next year.
