Terri joined Adams & Remers in October 2024 as an HR Assistant and has since progressed to Senior HR Advisor. She now leads the firm's HR function, supporting colleagues across the employee lifecycle and providing practical, people-focused advice to managers and employees alike. As a Mental Health First Aider and the firm's Wellbeing Lead, she is committed to promoting a supportive and inclusive workplace culture and ensuring a positive employee experience for everyone at the firm.
